Design for a private competition for a villa renovation. The project solves the needs of a contemporary family, creating co-working, co-living and co-leisure spaces for the couple and their two adult children.

The refurbishment of the three-storey villa involved a complete renovation to create a functional and comfortable living space for parents and two adult children. The layout of the house was reconfigured to provide each member of the family with their own private living space on the second floor, while the first floor comprises a spacious open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room. The ground floor was converted into a functional office space.

The living room is designed with a modern and contemporary aesthetic, featuring large windows, a fireplace, and a comfortable seating area.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor, each one with its own private bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony. The bedrooms are designed with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with parquet flooring and wood elements on the walls.

The exterior of the villa was also updated, featuring a new garden with an outdoor kitchen and amenities, including a pergola and a dining area. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a grill, a sink, and a wine refrigerator, perfect for entertaining guests. The garden is landscaped with a variety of mediterranean plants and trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment.
